Car value
This offer is based on 2010 new car prices with a given set of accessories, and is prepared specifically for your company.
Financing
The financial instalment is prepared for a given mileage and lease period. The form of financing is operating lease (off-balance sheet). The calculation takes into account the lack of initial payment. The offered value of the instalment remains constant throughout the duration of the agreement.
Vehicle prices guarantee
We guarantee the prices’ value until the end of October 2011.
Insurance
Includes OC/AC/KR, and the green card. No own share. The minimum value of a refunded repair amounts to 500 PLN. The instalment remains constant throughout the duration of the agreement.
Administration
Administration includes:
- Managing periodic technical check-ups in accordance with mechanical service procedures. All check ups are performed in authorised service stations using original Toyota parts and materials, as well as operational fluids recommended by Toyota Motor Poland,
- Organising and performing mechanical repairs in authorized Toyota service stations using original Toyota parts and materials,
- Organising and performing body and paint repairs in authorized Toyota service stations using original Toyota parts and materials,
- Insuring new vehicles, resumption and prolonging of existing insurance policies,
- ubezpieczenia nowych samochodów, wznowienia, kontynuacja polis ubezpieczeniowych
- Prolonging registration certificates (technical check-ups – does not include costs of official check-ups after body and paint repairs),
- Keeping a detailed register of leased cars.
Petrol cards administration
For fleets greater than 50 vehicles, BP Router petrol cards with full service are free of charge. TBCC can also reinvoice petrol costs – we offer a discount on purchased petrol. Reporting
Reporting
Reports of petrol costs, petrol usage, damage rate, as well as operational reports are provided on a monthly basis. Access to an on-line register of cars and users is available on demand.
Mechanical service
The instalment contains all costs of technical check-ups, mechanical repairs and replacement of parts caused by wear and tear resulting from regular use of vehicles.
Tire administration
The instalment includes two additional tire sets, as well as the seasonal change, balancing and storing of tires. Storing and change can be performed in any of the over 60 CorpoCars Management Authorised Toyota Service Stations in Poland.
Fleet Assistance
We guarantee assistance in case of breakdown or traffic accident and free of charge towing to the nearest Authorised Toyota Service Station. Should the car be immobilised, or the repair time exceed 24h, we provide a substitute car nation-wide.
Door –to Door Service
Available for free for Toyota Avensis vehicles within a 25 km radius from authorised service stations in Warsaw. For Toyota Auris and Toyota Corolla vehicles, the cost within said radius is 150 PLN before taxes.
Substitute cars
Substitute cars are made available free of charge for the time of mechanical repairs, if their duration exceeds 24h.
In case of body and paint repairs, substitute cars are made available for 120 PLN / day before taxes.
Instalment
The presented instalment covers all the abovementioned options. It remains constant within the duration of the agreement. All prices are quoted net.
Toyota Motor Poland, Corpo Flota, Toyota Leasing Polska reserve their right to change the offer at any time, especially in case of any significant changes to the Polish fiscal regulations, the EURO exchange rate or car availability.
The offer remains valid until 31st October 2010.
