Administration includes:
- Managing periodic technical check-ups in accordance with mechanical servicing procedures. All check ups are performer in authorised service stations using original Toyota parts and materials, as well as operational fluids recommended by Toyota Motor Poland,
- Authorising services up to the quota stipulated in the contract,
- Reinvoicing all technical and tyre services in the form of two invoices monthly,
- a 24h Call center for users (organising substitute cars, towing, on-the-spot assistance),
- Inputing data into the Carmen system, exporting to the client's FK system,
- providing the client with a number of reports, including damages, fuel usage etc,
- Organising and performing mechanical repairs in authorized Toyota service stations using original Toyota parts and materials,
- Organising and performing body and paint repairs in authorized Toyota service stations using original Toyota parts and materials,
- Repairing road damages, provided the insuring company is Allianz or Ergo Hestia,
- Insuring new vehicles, resumption and prolonging of insurance policies,
- Prolonging registration certificates (technical check-ups – does not include costs of official check-ups after body and paint repairs),
- Keeping a detailed register of leased cars.
Profits
Administration (not connected with long term FSL lease) makes Corpo Flota responsible for keeping the fleet fully operational, taking the responsibility off the Fleet Manager's shoulders. At the same time, TBCC provides him with management and operational reports, facilitating decisions concerning the fleet's future.
